Registration
Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online through Stripe or bank transfer. We do not reserve course, trainings or conference seats without payment.
After your registration and payment, an online confirmation email will be sent to you. This email serves as a confirmation of your registration.
Cancellation Policy
Drs. Neugarten and Costa are committed to providing exceptional service on time. Unfortunately, when a participant cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another participant from attending an event. No-shows or late cancellations impact the quality of services rendered. For these reasons, Drs. Neugarten and Costa have implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
Refund Requests
Refund requests made more than 45 days before the event will be subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total fee.
There will be no refund or transfer for requests made less than 45 days before the event.
